  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. We will offer you a full refund or exchange upon receiving proof of damage (e.g., photos of the damaged packaging and items).

  • Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect products), we will provide a full refund or replacement once we confirm the issue.
